The idea being that the spare computer would act as a 64K printer/buffer. The setup that I would like is as follows: __________ ____________ _____________ | | | | | | | |--------------->| |---------->| Legend | | 130XE | | 800XL or | | 1380 | | |-----\ | 1200XL | | Printer | |________| \ |__________| |___________| \ \----->Other periperals (1050 DD, etc.) Since the other periperals would be using the standard Atari bus, I would assume that the printer/buffer would somehow use a joystick port to joystick port or joystick port to Atari bus (at the 800XL) type cable/interface. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this and would it require special software (such as an addition to the printer driver that I am already using for the 1380)? Thanks in advance. --Bill--
