 regarding my original question about gaining access to info-atari.  I
received the following response.

If the list is fronzen it appears that no one on the list wants to maintain
the list.  Maybe a new person, not currently on the list would perform
this function!  What is required to maintain the list?  Please
forward responses to   rhott@nswc-g   since I am not on info-atari
