Lines: 12 From: prindle@NADC Has anyone gotten around to running the Dhrystone benchmark (C version) on the C64 compiled with the Abacus C compiler? I've heard that this compiler produces quite slow code and am interested in quantifying the rumors. The ProLine C Power compiler benchmarks at 19/33 Dhrystones/sec (auto/register). I'd sure like to know how the Abacus compiler fares in this test so I can judge its capabilities based on fact instead of rumors. Unfortunately, as an owner of C Power, I am not inclined to go buy Abacus too, just to run this test. Thanks, Frank Prindle
