	I have posted the third summary of contributors'
	analyses of Usenet problems.  This one is entitled
	"The future of the Usenet Community" and opens
	up some interesting topics.  It deals with the
	chronic topics of net over-weight, nettiquite,
	moderation, etc.  The next summary will be "Power
