I got about 11% more dhrystones when I switched from a 8088 to a V20. This is worth the price. I suggest using the 8Mhz part rather than the 5Mhz part. I have heard that the duty cycle on the V20 clock is different so with a 5Mhz V20 in a PC the specs won't be met.
