well, after being deluged with source requests, i've posted the
sources of PC C-Shell to net.sources.

remember, this is public-domain and i didn't write it.  the
package was obtained from a local rbbs and i simply am passing
it along.

a corrected version of shell.exe was recently posted and the 
documentation was posted soon before.

please, contact kent directly for complaints, bug reports, etc.
