As of November 13, Perkin-Elmer Data Systems Group has become CONCURRENT
Computer Corporation, a Perkin-Elmer company.  This has been done to
increase corporate visibility and identity in the computer market. 
The company will continue to develop and manufacture 32-bit computer
systems as it did as the Data Systems Group.  It will be able to respond
more quickly to customer and market needs because of its newly independent 
status.

All existing DSG obligations, contracts, etc. will be assumed by
CONCURRENT.
