I am a "Service Planner" and am relatively new in this position.
Since I am a novice at this, I am unaware of any groups or journals
that are available to people in Service/Support positions.

Also, I would like to get acquainted with counterparts in other
companies to share ideas and possible new directions in computer
software and hardware support.

If there is anyone who either knows of groups or journals which address
the concerns of computer service/support, or would like to share ideas,
please respond.
