Summary: Nominate "The Red House"

The scariest movie I remember was "The Red House" starring Edward G.
Robinson, circa late 50's. Little violence, just a lot of horror and suspense.
Maybe the fact that I was only about 8 years old is important. Anyone else
see this classic?
