Hey, Terry, I know for a fact that "bilbo" already exists. There's an NCR Tower in the basement of the Engineering Quad at Princeton Univ. named "bilbo" in honor of the President of the University, the man who got us the grant that got us the machine -- William (Bill) Bowen. Seems to me, you've got two choices: Rename your machine (for the sake of those who want to send mail to bilbo!terry and use pathalias) or establish your own sub-domain (for the sake of domain-based mailers) so we can all send mail to terry@bilbo.!ARPA.TERRY'S-HOUSE. (Does RFC822 allows 's in domain-names? Maybe BASEMENT might be a better name.)
