I am trying to find a path to the University of Pennsylvania.  It can be
ARPA or Usenet.  I don't really care.  All I know is that the machine I
am trying to reach is a VAX 11/780 running Ultrix.

If you are reading this at U of Penn, I am trying to reach Ashwin Belur;
a graduate student who just joined the CS dept. this year.  I think his
loginid is `belur'.  If you know which machine he's on at U of Penn,
please tell me.
