This will help with at least some of the 'phone bill costs too much' whining we've been seeing. Reasons: 1) "We don't care. We don't have to. We're the Phone Company!" :. => "I don't care (about their phone bill). I don't have to. YOU'RE the Phone Company!" 2) *Everyone* gets to help pay the government's phone bills (thank you, John Q.
