About three weeks ago I initiated a poll as to whether mod.movies should
be retained and net.movies eliminated or vice-versa.  To date 50 votes
have been received, with a current count of 37 in favor of retaining mod.movies,
10 in favor of retaining net.movies and 3 with conditional approval for one
or the other.

I would like to leave the "ballot box" open for a couple of more weeks just
to satisfy myself that everyone has had ample time to respond.  I thought
that folks might like to know how the count stood.

My thanks to the net for all the good suggestions about moderation that
I have received.
