  Recently I had posted a letter in response to the Sikhs'
memorandum to the UN. Some people have misinterpreted
parts of the letter and accused me of justifying violence
against sikhs. Their accusation is false. Those who have
misinterpreted either do not know the context of the letter 
or cannot distinguish the meaning of "instinct" from 
"concious opinion".
