     is why Mr Bajwa does not mention the arrest of two Sikhs in 
     Canada -who are definitely not Indian government agents - on suspicion
     of being involved in the bombing by non other than the Canadain police
     unless Mr. Bajwa would have us believe that they are also Indian agents
     in disguise
