India and Israel have done some indirect trading between themselves. I don't think it is hard for either nationals to visit the other counry. It is not easy without consular offices and it may take time. I think both countries will talk to each other sooner or later ( probably when India has enough oil ? or may be when I-bomb becomes real ). As an Indian, I don't see any reason why the two countries should not have diplomatic relations (underline diplomatic). None of us can deny the existence of the other.
