It has been rumored that President Reagan is going to do two major things
when he talks with the Soviet Premier.  First he is going to give them
SDI because we can't keep a secret anyway.  Second, he is going to give
them several thousand IBM pc's, this will serve to set back their technology
by at least twenty years :-) :-)  .
