Israel and Jews all over the world acknowledge the human rights (in President Carter's sense) of Palestinian Arabs. The real questions are "How can Israel permit Palestinian Arabs to continue to abrogate the human rights of Israelis (by attacking Israel with terrorism)?" and "How can Israel give Palestinian Arabs normal treatment until the Palestinian Arabs show that they are responsible citizens of Middle Eastern nations?"
