I saw it too.  I'd say that is a pretty good assessment of the
mind of Assad.  Period!

More bigotry and racism.
Once you dehumanize your political enemies, you can do what you
want with them.  I could take the rantings of Gush Emunim and
generalize horrible things about the "Jewish Psyche".   I'd
rather not, since I don't think the generalizations would fit me.
