I have to disagree.  I do believe that their power tools leave alot to 
be desired, but their handtools (eg: Craftsman hand tools) are very good.
If you break one (which hasn't happened all that often to me) they are very
nice at Sears when you return it.  Just go get another one, come to the 
register, and you're off NO charge.....
