Women tend to rationalize more because they are logical. Men do not understand this because they more easily come to an emotional decision. "Well this is the way it is so this is my choice." Because of the "macho" image men tend to suppress their feelings and this very often causes problems in relationships. (lack of communication). Men and women are not only complementary physically but emotionally and intellectually. The man completes the woman and the woman completes the man. If we are not in touch with who we are and be honest about our feelings we can not achieve this goal. Both men and women are guilty of trying to be something we are not. Just as we have our own areas of intellectual expertise, it is natural for men and women to excel in different ways to the world around us. It is interesting to note that as "work" is becoming less physical, women are finding it easier to compete with men in the work force. I submit that it is natural for this to be so, women think more and are less physical than men. I also think that the reason men have trouble "understanding" women is that their thought processes are truly foreign to us.(men) Not that it is bad, but I do not think any man has or ever will understand how a woman thinks. We were made that way. It is a positive thing. I hope I haven't confused anyone, but let's hear from some women on the subject! Cliff Shackelton ittvax!ittral!shackelt
