Since 1930 USA has qualified for the world cup 3 times, England 7, and Scotland 4.

1930    USA defeated in semifinals
1934    USA eliminated in the first round
1938    (no USA or UK qualifiers)
1950    USA and England both eliminated in the first round
1954    England defeated in quarterfinals   Scotland eliminated in the first round
1958    England and Scotland both eliminated in the first round
1962    England defeated in quarterfinals
1966    England Won (!?)
