    I looked at the tape of STII this morning.  It is never specified which
Neutral Zone they are talking about.

    Saavik refers to it 3 times, always as "the neutral zone".

    Sulu refers to it twice.  Once as "the neutral zone", once as "the zone".

    The Computer refers to it once (as they intercept the zone) as "the
neutral zone".
