People Express is now offering $99 flights to Brussels, as a 
promotion for their new San Francisco to Brussels route.  Well,
I'm going next week.  Alas, I know nothing of Brussels or Belgium
but I'm willing to learn.  Anyone have any tips on things to see,
places to go?  I'm leaving in a week, so reply by midnight tonight!
