We have developed a bad block in the primary swap area on an RP07 drive
(on a VAX780 running 4.2bsd).  I would like to avoid reformatting the
entire drive.  Has anyone modified bad144(8) to handle the RP07 with
the -f option?  Failing that, would there be any problem modifying
the standalone format(8) program to format only a single track?
