Lines: 9 Can anyone explain to me the interaction of tty modes with ptys? How are the modes initially established? If I write the intr char to a master pty, does this cause a SIGINT? If I turn on echo will anything I send down the master come right back? Can tty modes be established on both sides, or just on the slave? Lastly, what document should I have read to find these answers? thanks
