Lines: 10 I'm responsible for maintenance at my fraternity house. There are over a dozen sinks and many of them leak. If there is a continuous stream of water, I can bring it down to a slow leak by replacing the rubber washer (and valve seat if it looks worn) but I can't get them to shut all the way off.
