Forms have some generalized setup. The fields are definable
as contents type and width.
A form can be stored in a file in some record format. Preferably not
as binary. The fileds or filed keywords are not stored in the record.

I encounter many situations were I need a visual editor to change the
contents of some fileds of the form (record) or need to add
forms or to delete them.
Has someone a visual editor for this type of applications.
I can imagine that database packages use this type of editors?
