This is licensed software, provided as part of AT&T's 5620
DMD Core utilities software package.  We can't mail it to
you, but if you call (800)828-UNIX I imagine they'll be
happy to discuss licensing.

The somewhat related "sxt" is shipped as a standard part
of UNIX System V Release 2.
