I need the grammer (in any standard meta-language) for FORTRAN 77.

I never would have though this would be so hard to find.  The local guru is
quite sure it isn't even in the ANSI Standard (some 500+ pages!).  And I
could page through the plethora of subject=FORTRAN books 'till hell freezes
over.
