Can someone supply me with source in VAX/VMS Edit/TPU that does a good job
of simulating (any flavor of) Emacs.  DEC's EVE just doesn't cut it.

Although I have the (LARGE) manual, I am not a software expert and writing
it myself would be a *very* inefficient process.
