Hi,
  A friend of mine is trying to do some budgetting and is wondering
what the ratio of connect time to CPU time would be for someone running
mail and news (mostly news) on a VAX 750.  If you have any experience in
such things, I'd be very grateful for your insight.  Or if you know someone
I could contact about this, I'd also be appreciative.
