   What is it  this  complex-valued  phase-locked
   loop  (CVPLL)?   It's  not  in your text books,
   therefore you will have to come to this seminar
   to  find  out  about: standard pll's and their
   constraints, and CVPLL's: what they  are,  how
   they  work, how to build one (IC), and what to
   do with one.
