Backups will run normally on Monday the 23rd and will then cease until Thursday the 2nd, except that there *might* be a backup on Friday the 27th. Barring malfunctions, Unix will be running throughout the holidays. If the system does malfunction, it may be down for some time. If you plan to do a lot of printing on the laser printers during the holidays, please let us know *now* so that we can loan you some extra paper. Nobody will be around to refill the paper trays, so you'd better be prepared to handle this chore yourself. Note that the building will be locked throughout the holidays, and that the U of T Police are insisting that anyone in the building should have either Zoology ID or an official letter of authorization.
