Apollo sells a Tektronix 4014 emulator program for about $750 per
node (look in their price list). The Danford Corp  sells a PLOT-10
emulator package with 4014 emulation. We have written our own Calcomp
emulator package so that we can use software written for Calcomp
plotters with GMR. It's not very hard to write a GMR or GPR
library to emulate the Tektronix PLOT-10 library. If
you want to emulate the 4014 hardware itself, that's another matter.
