We now have three of their printers, all based on the Canon engine (one 8/300 and two IP2's), and except for the time I let the 8/300's filter get completely clogged, we have had no failures of any kind. Cleaning the filter was the only servicing required to restore the 8/300 to perfect health, and it still works just fine, after more than a year of hard use. We have had our share of obscure hardware and software questions, and I have found the Imagen customer support people extremely helpful. Phone calls are always returned, and usually by the very person who has the knowledge required to solve my problem. The closest I can come to a complaint is my annoyance at the extent of their underestimation of the time it would take them to provide certain enhancements. I fully expect to buy more printers from Imagen when our requirements justify it. In short, I'm quite surprised at some of the experiences reported in this group.
