We are having a severe problem with a "delinquent" equipment distributor.
I would like to post the details to net.legal and to info-vax@sri-kl, and to
*name the company*. I think I'm aware of the legal restrictions on what I can
say ("just the facts, m'am")  -  does anyone think such a note would bend 
any additional netiquette/Arpa rules?
