I, too, want to upgrade to 8MB. I got a price of approximately $20.5K from Nat. Semi. That was 256K chips with a new MS780E, card cage, backplane, and controller. They claim that all this is DEC stuff. Oh yeah, the $20.5K included a small credit for the trade-in.
