Does anyone have a program that will read VAX/VMS BACKUP format tapes?
Besides BACKUP, of course.  Any language.  Or if someone has a complete
specification of the BACKUP save_set format, that would be nice.
I don't have the time to dump the tapes and figure it out myself, but
I could write a program from the specs.
