We've some performance problems with the massbus devices
on our 780s. What's the best configuration?

Machine 1: 2 Massbuses
           2 RM03       (system+library disks)
           1 RP07       (user disk)
           1 TE16       (tape)

          (a) MBA0: 2 RM03 + TE16; MBA1: RP07
          (b) MBA0: 2 RM03 + RP07; MBA1: TE16
          (c) MBA0: 2 RM03       ; MBA1: RP07 + TE16

Machine 2: 2 Massbuses
           1 RM80       (system+library disk)
           1 RP07       (user disk)
           1 TU77       (tape)

           (a) MBA0: RM80 + TU77 ; MBA1: RP07
           (b) MBA0: RM80        ; MBA1: RP07 + TU77
