You must load the driver NOA0. 2. The terminal that you issue the SET TERM/PROT=DDCMP/SWITCH=DECNET must be enabled to be a virtual terminal. 3. You need to setup the transmit/receive passwords for the nodes involved. 4. You need to set the INCOMING parameter for the node you are connecting to. See the updated (for 4.2) guide to networking for more details. Also there is some documentation in the Micro-Vms manuals. Note, I am still having some problems with asynch decnet -- see my note from a few days ago. (I still have to wiggle the passwords).
