Has anyone in the appletalk community has written code to do this?
Presumably one would want to drive the 8530 SCC directly rather than using
the Serial or AppleTalk drivers, since packet uses wierd protocols like
NRZI, HDLC, and an X-25 variant known as AX-25.

Does anyone know about software/hardware under development to allow
owners of Apple Macintoshes to use their computers as TNC's?
