Jim,

I'm very glad to hear you say that. As you know, I have been hammering
for a "Technology Transfer Task Force" which could more properly hack
the operational issues than GADS. It would seem that Mitre, as staff to
DDN PMO, would be the ideal focal point for that. Meanwhile, the buck keeps
landing at our airport.

Perhaps we should continue this via the GADS repeater or direct.
