Due to a file permission botch, there were two articles numbered V4N17.
The second, by Arnold Robbins, should have been V4N18.

I'm mailing my ballot today on Draft 6 becoming the P1003 Trial Use document.
In addition to a couple of objections (A.7.2 and A.2.2), I'm including copies
of mod.std.unix Volumes 3 and 4 as comments (Volumes 1 and 2 were previously
given to the committee chair).  Thus this is the last article of Volume 4.
