	Try a Graybar Electric store near you; Graybar is a large national
organization with outlets in all major cities.  While Graybar claims to be
wholesale only, chances are they will sell to you cash over the counter.
Graybar handles ITT and Northern Telcom, and no doubt can find an identical
faceplate from one of the above vendors.
