We have a program that we wrote in Informix to manage telephone equipment. Internally, we call it Telephone Inventory Tracking System (TITS). This one can be used to whatever degree of complexity needed. We even have one application that uses hand-held data entry terminals. The State of Georgia is one of our clients. I suggest you use a good DBMS and program it yourself, -especially if its a relatively simple application.
