Since JSol has not made it back to Boston yet, I have agreed to moderate
telecom for him in his absence.  Continue sending articles for the list
to TELECOM@MIT-XX.ARPA, and requests to be added/deleted to
TELECOM-REQUEST@MIT-XX.ARPA, and I will attempt to deal with them as I
learn to use the digestification software.
