I am attempting to make SPICE runs with no options set and the following timing-related command lines: vphi1 7 0 pulse(0v 5v 5ns 5ns 5ns 35ns 100ns) vphi2 4 0 pulse(0v 5v 55ns 5ns 5ns 35ns 100ns) .trans 5ns 600ns A typical error message I get is: *ERROR*: INTERNAL TIMESTEP TOO SMALL IN TRANSIENT ANALYSIS TIME = 1.05560d-07; DELTA = 4.76837d-18; NUMNIT = 1098 As indicated by the TIME parameter, this is after (in this case) 105ns of successful operation. Runs have been made at levels 1, 2, and 3 with the same sort results. Any suggestions?
