     I am posting this as a favour to a friend who has no time to read the
news. (poor soul)  Please direct all responses to him.

As part of a research project and presentation, I need to be able to present
viable statistics from substantive data on AI productivity.  The particular
areas of interest are:

        1.  Productivity Enhancement
        2.  Reliability Increases
        3.  Increased system responsiveness
        4.  Any operating cost changes
        5.  Any increase in autonomy of users

I would appreciate any data related to any or all of the above.  I will be
glad to share the final report, if there is any, with anyone else who
might need it.  Please contribute whatever you can.
