The results to date, including the TMS device, are: 1) TI TMS2150 - (35, 45ns) - 512 x 9 with output comparators. 2) AMD AM9150 - (25, 35, 45ns) - 1K x 4 SRAM with a 2 clock clear all. 3) Cypress CY7C150 - (25, 35ns) - Pin compatable with the AM9150. I received a couple of replies of the type "We've been using the 2150 for years, what's wrong with it." Technically, it's a little slow; however that is far outshadowed by its cost. If any of you guys are looking for a product opportunity, look at this chip. I'll stand in line, along with a lot of other people. -- Mark Campbell Phone: (803)-791-6697 E-Mail: !ncsu!ncrcae!sauron!campbell
